Spice Master (formally known as Ed’s Catering Services) is a family run business and has provided foodservice operation for Afro Caribbean, Ghanaian and English cuisine for over 20 years in London, United Kingdom.
We provide catering services for a range of functions including weddings, christening, corporate events funerals, boat parties, outdoor events, and all party occasions. We also offer a delivery service for individual orders.

Our Secret ingredient
The key to the great taste of our culinary dishes is due to our innovative, specially produced mixture of condiments and seasoning, Spice Master. It has won us the accreditation of maintaining the same great taste and flavour for all our dishes over the years.
We have also made Spice Master seasoning available to the public to add our unique taste to everyday home cooking.
Services
At Spice Masters, we pride ourselves with different modes of services. We are at your service anytime. We avail ourselves at all venues to facilitate food production services.
Our customer service staff will assist in buffet services as waiters in the following categories of our foodservice operation.
We also provide other ancillaries and crockery which may be required or anticipated by our cherished clients.
Services include:
A la carte: Individual dishes from a menu are served.
Buffet: Food is placed on display for guests to help themselves.
Family-style service: Food is placed in large bowls and on platters with attractive garnishing. Guests help themselves with desired portions that have been served.
Pre-packed meals: A set menu package designed for takeaway.
Table d’hote: A set of menu is offered for all guests.
How we operate
There is always a line of consultative procedure with our clients to ensure that planning & processes are comprehensively completed to achieve a good food experience and service operation. This includes tailoring our services to suit our clients’ budget and free advice on menu selection and dietary needs.
